We work exclusively on the basis of the "General Austrian Forwarding Conditions (AÖSp)" in the most current version.
Any general terms and conditions of the customer shall not become part of the contract, even if they are not expressly contradicted in the case of individual orders. Deviating conditions of the customer are already contradicted now.
